Orchid Academy Issaquah Has Two ABA Campuses. Here Is How They Differ
Orchid Academy Issaquah is two academy sites, not one clinic with two names.
Maple Street Academy sits at 1375 NW Mall St, Suite 4, Issaquah, WA 98027. Creekside Academy sits at 600 NW Gilman Blvd, Building E, Issaquah, WA 98027. Both publish weekday hours of 9:00 to 6:00, both list ages 2 to 15, and both are in-academy ABA programs. The published difference is the program label: Maple Street is school readiness, Creekside is early learning. Unrelated but handy this time of year: a fall garage cleanout checklist for anyone tackling a cluttered garage.
Facts below were checked in August 2026 against Orchid Academy's public location pages. Insurance participation varies by plan, so treat carrier lists as a starting point.
The two Issaquah doors
| Campus | Address | Published focus | Opened | Clinical supervisor |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Maple Street Academy | 1375 NW Mall St, Suite 4, Issaquah, WA 98027 | School readiness ABA | 2021 | Betsy Utesch, MAABA, BCBA, LBA |
| Creekside Academy | 600 NW Gilman Blvd, Building E, Issaquah, WA 98027 | Early learning ABA | 2022 | Jess Rueda, MEd, BCBA, LBA |
Orchid Academy Issaquah publishes Maple Street as a classroom-style school readiness program. The same organization publishes Creekside Academy as the early learning site a few minutes away.
Both pages list ABA therapy, speech language pathology, occupational therapy, and parent training at that campus. Dr. Christy Warner, BCBA-D, LBA, is named as Executive Director of Clinical Services for Creekside, Maple Street, and East Wenatchee.
Nearby cities named on both Issaquah pages: Issaquah, Sammamish, Snoqualmie, Newcastle, and Bellevue.
What to do with those two addresses
If you searched the brand plus the city, you still have a campus choice. School-readiness framing and early-learning framing are not interchangeable, even when hours and age bands match. Confirm which site the intake team is placing you in before you plan a commute.
The published phone for both campuses is (425) 654-0800. Benefits email is hope@orchidacademy.com. The location pages say a care team member calls back within 24 hours. As of August 2026, the locations table lists no waitlist at either Issaquah academy. Waitlists change, so ask when you call.
Insurance list they publish for Issaquah
Orchid Academy lists itself in network with Premera Blue Cross, Regence, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, Medicaid (Washington Apple Health), Molina Healthcare, Asuris Northwest Health, Personify Health, and TRICARE. Private pay is also listed. The Maple Street page states that an autism diagnosis is required before services can begin.
The same page also says participation varies by location and individual plan. Verify the plan against the campus you want, not against the brand name alone.
